i like the slanted better as the option a looks a bit cheep, maybe on a finished hood it would look a little more subtle though
wanna buy it.

under version 1 ..the first pic makes it look like its trying ot be a mustang..... looks pretty dumb ..don't think it looks good at all..if i had to say any one of them i'd say go with that evo style one that one person posted..... and mold it to the hood
THis is interesting. I got flamed for something similar to version 2, so enjoy. Version 1 has a big problem aero wise, as there is a big return bubble of air that hits the base of the windshield and travels turbulently back to the front of the hood, so the middle four rows of louvers, back 6 slots from the rear to the front, will potentially pull air in under the hood defeating the purpose of the vents.
V 2 is in a good location aero wise. For those suggesting, the front evo style vents are not useful, need to vent behind the radiator to do any good...
the front fascia in v.1 is interesting the splitter would yield good downforce if all but the central rad opening was sealed off, and in fact the rad opening should be as small as you can make it...good luck, get your armor ready....
there is a place in ft lauderdale that punches louvers in your hood for 4 bucks each I think....

To be a collosal dick, I would point out that if you put the evo style vent at that dimension on the cobalt hood it would either be in front of the rad or if back of the rad right in the turbulent zone in the middle of the hood. Leave the Evo alone Cobalts dont need to copy it, and frankly if i wasnt into lightweight and carbon i would punch louvers in the hood, and i think this man has it nailed v.2 is my perference, but slanted away from centerline of the hood would make the air behave better....good work..
