Low-Pro Spoiler install Help

Well im in the process of installing the low-pro spoiler on my car (already have holes) but when im bolting it down its not sitting flush with the trunk and i cant figure out why. There is no double sided tape on the spoiler so im going to go pick some up now and see if maybe that will help, any input/help is welcome

Need tape AND bolts. Tape isn't going to cut it on its own.
