I have a bare bones 2005 cobalt and I was thinking of dressing it up a bit. Would getting a GM Low Profile Spoiler be a good idea or is there a better looking spoiler that is similar to that spoiler. Installing this part is also an issue. That seems to be a project that would be over my head. I'm a newb so have mercy.

 

thers tons of people on here looking to trade for a bare trunk, i think their fairly uncommon really, i dont see many 2drs w/o a spoiler...so it should be a straight up trade

What color blue? Arrival blue? If so trading your entire trunk lid would be easier than drilling holes and mounting a spoiler. I am willing to trade my ss/sc spoiler and trunk lid

 

theres alot of people who want a spoilerless trunk lid, basically you unbolt your trunk and remove the lock , and somone else with a spoiler trunk would do the same...then you swap trunks

btw you have arrival blue if its on 05, 05 is the only year to have that color. it got replaced by lazer blue/blue streak in 06

I have an arrival blue.I'll trade you even swap.You pay the freight.I got both wings.Car came with low spoiler & now i have the tall one on it.

 

The only think the 3 pc spoiler is for is looks. I want a good lookin spoiler that adds downforce.

 

id start with taking the side molding off and getting some wheels. maybe some tail light covers? i love mine! i think they make a world of difference.

yea cause god knows what would happen if we lost all the downforce the spoiler makes on the rear end....we may just sit and spin our tires....
