low rise spoiler ?
ok so yesterday was washing the cobalt and getting it all sexy and such when i noticed that my low rise seemed loose/ wobbly (as in more than it normally is) So i popped the trunk to take a look at it and it just looked like the left hand pedestal was loose and that the gasket was kind of tearing so i go to tighten it down a little bit i started to tighten the bolt closest to the rear of the car (top bolt when the trunk is open) but instead of drawing the spoiler closer to the trunk it ended up making the problem way worse and actually pushed the spoiler further away from the trunk lid. Anyone know what the problem could be? I'd like to fix it but right now im kind of terrified to take the actual spoiler off my trunk... is it possible that the bolt can break out of the spoiler pedestal itself?
