To Lower or not to lower?

So i recently purchased some lowering springs for the balt, but i have been told not to lower the car, that its low enough! I wanted to get some other opinions on if i should lower the balt.

Your gap doesn't look as bad as mine does... Must be your rims. I say still lower it.

A 2"- 2 1/2" drop with Sportlines would be pushing it I think, but if you're careful while driving, it would look good and you can pull it off. Go for it! If it doesn't work out, you can always take 'em off and trade someone for the Pro Kit.

Well i'm a little afraid to lower it because i work in apartment management and the complex my office is at has speed bumps and i don't want to ruin my car hitting it off one of theese massive speed bumps haha!

Yeah, i'm having that problem now. I just started an outside sales job, and I'm using my car until I get a company ride. I drive into marinas and boatyards and there are always dips and speedbumps that worry me, I just have to be extra careful and back in to any parking spot, not pull in forward. Small price to pay for even better handling and awesome looks.

Lower that bad boy! I love my sportlines. Best decision i've made beside the stage 2. Just go slow over the speed bumps and you'll have no problems.

Do it yourself or get someone on this site to help you. No sense in paying someone to do it, that's part of the fun in modding your car.

Well, go for it, I'm sure it will look good!

See, I won't lower mine for 2 reasons..

A) PA's roads suck and will eat the car; and

B) My car already rides like ****, if I wanted to feel every bump in the road I'd have kept my S10!

My friend owns the garage! and he will do it after hours and only charge me a few dollars! I will help when i'm at the garage! I have done alot of the modding myself!
