God I hate when people call wheels 'rims.'

I'm not sure exactly what neo chrome is, but I wouldn't go orange.

Depends on the color of the face of the reps. AFAIK, they come in silver and gold.

Wheel and rim is the same thing, easier to say rim when just describing it with no tires, new wheels could imply both tires and rims.

And neo chrome for sure
