no theres just a tab on the bottom side of the lego brick and then it slides right off.

Yeah you don't have to cut that piece its pointless, that piece you supposedly have to cut and leave the end of the piece is retarded there's no point to it. I just took it off and put my new handle in..!

Ok yea step 2 and 3 is pointless I didn't do it, and you don't need to do it..
It took me about 5-8 minutes to do, it's pretty simple!

I bought mine from Autozone for 10 bucks.. But you can buy it from redlinegoods.com

I think they go for about 40-50 on there

i believe you cut the handle so that it spreads the boot inside and doesnt look like crap. i cut it idk what it looks like without cutting it but i just did since its easy...

lol you dont have to cut anything.. Read the steps on the website and ignore 2 and 3.. everything else you have to do..
