Try putting them in the oven, then clamping them together with a clamp. That should create a better seal hopefully. If not, take them apart, clean all the glue out of the channels, and order some of this.

MyNismo.com - NISSAN OEM Sealer

it works fantastically.

whats weird is there is no water on the bottom of the lense. it rained alot last nite and than it got damp. so today the mist on the headlight is going away but no water on the bottom of the lense. do i need to take the bulb and rubber seal off before putting the headlight in the oven. the degrees is 250 right? u think i am just going to do a reseal on it.

ya take out the bulb, the rubber seal, and the turn signal and sidemarker bulbs and wiring. 215 is plenty of heat.

ok cool. how long to stay in there. now the nissan sealer what is that? like a stripping or something? i appreciate the help fellas. i noticed mkulrey resealed the other headlight different when i got it back. there is no sealant on the outside it looks more like the factory headlights look like sealed.

I just left them in for 5 min the first time, then reheat as needed. The nissan sealer is a rubber butyl strip. It's VERY soft, and you can easily stretch it even cold, to fill the glue channels. Then when you get plenty of sealant in there, press on the lens with a lot of force, put them in the oven, let them get warm, then clamp them together, and leave them clamped together until the headlights cool off.

Ok we seal headlights up many different ways. 99% of leaks come from the back when there installed the rubber boot around the bulb area gets loose and does not make a seal.

im thinking its the bulb opening. cause it rained alot and never saw any water on the bottom of the headlight. last nite it was damp and dewy out and it was fogged up a lil. there wasnt any water sitting on the bottom of the headlight housing.
