my first mod

today i ordered a carbon fiber trunk lid. i am as giddy and a school girl. haha. that will be my only exterior mod the rest will be all performance but that will wait till after i get home from deutschland. i will have a ton of money by then. as soon as i get it installed i will post pics.

i'm assuming that you have a black cobalt from your userbar. make sure you do post pics. i'm eager to see what it looks like.

Cool post up pics once it's installed. Also how did you run a 11.99 @ 89.14 mph? It seems like you would have to trap alot higher for that time.

Should have done a CF hood. That will save weight on the heavy end of the car. The CF trunk looks awful on this car because of the tail lamps being part of the trunk. Black may not look as bad. I have seen on in red, and it was hideous.

thanks man haha . i wasnt to fond of it either when i first got it but it grew on. but having a CF trunk lid on a black cobalt is going to look damn good. Icant wait to see the pics. and you plan on getting the CF hood as well ?

i cant belive they blocked out a s s uming lol anyway you shouldnt stop at the trunk you should get the carbon hood as well these are performance mods really due to the weight savings

sorry fellas but this is gonna be side tracked its on back order for 5 bloody weeks ill be gone when it gets here so i cancelled it but will get it when i get home from germany. for the time being i will be putting GMPP exhaust and a trunk swap with sshaner to get rid of the spoiler. and yes brian i will no longer be able to fly haha. i can hardly wait.
