The reverse lockout may cause a problem.

the shift knob on the SS does not come off, you wont be able to put that on your stock shifter if you're using it.

The shift knob will come off, not easy, but it will, then maybe you can slide that on, but i see a problem occuring with the reverse lockout, but if you throw that knob on there you will just lose your reverse lockout im pretty sure, and then it will go into reverse just like any other older car....I have seen Redlines throw on universal knobs, and they all work, except you lose your reverse lockout.....Hope it works man, thats just what i think...

the stock knob does come off...

pry out the silver piece with the shift pattern, remove the bolt under it, heat it up with a hairdryer a bit, stick a small flathead up under it and give a few whacks with a hammer.

be careful prying off the silver part of the shiftknob, i've had two of them break off just from normal shifting.. never tried using a hammer to get the knob off, maybe that'll work.

by the way, those knobs look nice.. are they weighted?
