NEED HELP with door panel inserts!!

I recovered my door panel inserts with red vynil, does anyone know a good way to hold them back into place bc i had to take the studs out to get it off..and the holes now are covered with the new cloth and wont go back in the studs..whats a good way to hold that back onto the door?
hot glue?
staples?
what?

"o ya and i saw the how to on here but i didnt really get how to put them back"

im going to try this tomorrow, i tried automotive goop from canadian tire, and im just waiting too see if it bonds overnight as it did with my spoiler, if it doesnt work im going to try the gorilla glue in this fellas project.

and tieing it down is definetly a good idea from that project.

props to ColeJJones from the other thread

SOME people have used the same old rivet holes and just screwed into the holes ! if they are still there. use small screws , thats what i did.
