NEED HELP! HID install didn't go as expected.

So I have an 08 and gen2s.
Got the ddm h7 kit that is all plug and play, no relay needed.
Plugged in the passanger side and...nothing. Leds/halos/turn signal all work but hid doesn't light.
Plugged in the driver side and it works flawlessly.
So then I try to figure out why the passanger isn't working.
I plugged in a halogen and it works fine.
Plugged in the hid from the passanger into the driver and it doesn't work...seems like the bulb is bad.
Just to make sure the passanger ballast isn't bad I plugged the bulb from the driver side in...nothing...seems as though the ballast is bad as well.
Here's the kicker...plug the driver side back in how I originally had it and it doesn't work now.
At this point I'm at a loss. I have no idea what is going on. Maybe the passenger ballast is shorting out the lights or something...idk.
Maybe related, maybe not since the driver side worked initially but there is a mysterious cobalt blue(no pun intended) liquid coming out of the factory wiring harness.
This is present on both sides.
Please help I'm running out of daylight fast.

check the blue connector going to the stock harness, they are notorious for bending or snapping those small pins when you take them in and out

Sure thing...I'll have to park in a parking garage later today so I'll snap a few pics.
