new HIDs=no radio

so if anyof u guys have a RL, i have the antenna mod done. (antenna is down alongside the inside fender of the car). i installed my HIDs last night, and i noticed the ballasts humming. dont kno if thats normal, but thats not the prob. when the lights are on, the radio is all static. was wonderin if anyone knew how to fix this or if its just bc of the antenna mod? thanks.

Sounds like you may have a bad ground which is causing the static on the radio

ok good. and i love these quick answers. it takes hours to get an answer on somethin on RLF.

so i guess the static is cuz of my antena mod. i even tried moving the ballast closest to the antena as far as it could reach and was still static. wish i woulda known this before i got em. its just annoying.
