no 56k update Color Door Inserts !!! Black Interior :)

Well, this is my spring break from school so to keep myself busy and somewhat out of troubled during the days I started the interior convesion to black w/ red door inserts. and boy is it looking flipping awsome. here are some pics . enjoy

I also decided to keep the door handles grey like that. I like the touch other then painting them black also.

For whoever is doing inserts. Its a pita i must say. But its totally worth it.

I plan on painting the rest of my interior black this week. Such as the Pillars, back seat vinyle on the side, door molding on the bottom, Everything that is grey is going to be black. except maybe the glove box and under the steering wheel. Cuz with that grey will make the door handles look nice.

any suggustion or compliments or questions. feel free to post down.

newest picture enjoy it. cuz i love it

todays your lucky day. I just did it myself.

I have also just compelted my step by step how-to on that aswell. As soon as the mods. see it they will approve of it and post it down.

As of right now there is no pictures in my how-to. but that is only because im finishing up my passenger door tomorrow and taking more pictures. So I will just insert them in the how-to tomorrow around 4pm.

It is an awsome how-to i made. very detailed. it will help a lot of people i hope .

I do plan on some black seats this summer.

but also just and update. I have all the pictures taken on my camrea and uploaded to imagestation.com ready to be inserted into the how-to i created for this site.

As soon as the mods approve of my how to i will go back in and edit it by placing pictures a long the way. Everybody loves pictures .

Also i have extra frabic that i can sell to anybody who wants red door inserts. Just the material to do it yourself though.

for painting interiors...SEM Paint is the only stuff I've ever use. Used it on my Cavy and it kicks anything else's ass...Tried that Duplicolor crap, didn't like it at all...Also can get their cleaner and Vinyl prep, if doing Vinyl.

Look at any Car Custom show on TV (Unique Whips for example) they use SEM and they're using it on Lambo's, Cadillacs, Mercedes etc...

not yet. but i do have some ideas kicking around. either back seat delete and do some fiberglass to is nice looking. orrrr use some RIT Dye on the rear head rests and see how it looks when dyded black. then possibly dye the whole back seat clothes. but we'll see

thanks for the compliments guys

I used Krylon Fusion Black paint. Its specific for plastic bonding.

The colors a little darker but off the shelf its probaly the closest you will find.
