I think it looks good. Personally I wouldn't do it because i'll be goddamned if i'm going to copy a ******* EVO of all things. I'm proud to be driving North American and i'm not about to go and try to make my Cobalt a half Mitsubishi. Now i've got pretty fly for a white guy stuck in my head for some reason........

It is official, I have chipping and some fading already :sad:

I dont think I scuffed enough where it chipped and the fading I have no idea what I did wrong.

Gona re-do it in spring and use a diff spray and maybe get a professional estimate.

 

I know, but I've been away. Also, my step-dad is in FL. now at the moment. So, I have to wait for him to get back.

this is one of those fads that in time will fade we just have to give it time, some people might still think they are cool or the style comes back around but it doesn't, like bell bottoms being renamed boot cut ROFL I went shopping for jeans today...

 

i did mine awhile back, but never removed my bumper and lip. i since have bottomed out a bit, and the bottom lip flexed ever so gingerly upwards, sliding it up the bumper a tad while bottoming out, and then slip back to its original place. when you paint the lip and dont remove it, this puts a layer of paint over the lip of the bottom lip and the bumper, when the lip slides that paint cracks. so now i have little cracks and i have to repaint.

Just bought a paint gun and am gonna paint it gloss black with bronze pearl

A few weeks ago I did mine using black bumper paint. I almost used the entire bottle of spray paint, but now I’m already seeing chips in it! Wtf! Winter is gonna suck for the paint too

 

WTF? Mine still looks fine. Did you just use spray paint or what? Mine is flat black but I had it done at a pro paint shop.
