Paint people help.
dont be submissive and dont let them give you excuses, drop the car off asap and very politely but sternly say, Fix this ****, else I will see you in court.
I would mark all the areas with tape before hand for them to see.
Good luck.

I hate to pop your bubble Dude, but 3 grand for a paint job, it's a wonder they taped anything at all. Check paint and material prices, not to count the labor, and you went cheap.
I'm a custom painter by trade[on the left coast], and a decent paint job[Decent being the key word here] starts out at 8 to 9 grand and goes up from there. Show quality is much higher.
Next time do some checking before you let anyone squirt your car.

lulz they didn't even remove headlights and tails wow i would NEVER go there again even i would know how to do that **** correctly and i dont claim it as my profession. i would've refused to take it back till they fixed it all.
If I spent 3g on a paint job, it had better be perfect, and that incudes stripping the car and painting everything, engine bay and inside door jams, for 3g they had better strip it so that there is nothing to over spray!!!
I got it repainted becouse I wanted a different color yellow, and it had to be repainted becouse it had racing stripes painted on it.
I have a cf hood/trunk being delivered in 3 days.

Going rate around her for good quality is around 2800. I am having my truck quoted with self prep around 2800 to lay a two stage plum crazy. It'll take me a month of spare time or more to fix all the dents but they told me do NOT sand the whole truck, they'll have the shop bitch (read: new guy) do the final prep and prime.
I think basic ding fixes and prep on a new car, along with a good quality paint, probably even a post paint "shine" job, well within a good profit margin when you charge 3K for a total car paint job. And yea, even I know as a paint noob that if possible take the trim/light assemblies OFF.
They want 5800 to do the body repair, prep, paint (jams and engine compartment included, as well as doors, tailgate and hood all done separate and redo my bedliner (read strip the impossible to remove old ****) and respray it with color matched stuff. The truck would look like it came in "Plum Crazy". That's worth it I think, for not having to mess with about 40 separate deep scratches, nicks, dings and even large dents. I don't have a single spot of rust
To the OP: Never accept work as "complete" READ: Take the car from them at all. IF your unsatisfied, for legal reasons you shouldn't even take the car. That can be read in court as accepting the work as complete, and all yall can argue with me, but it is true. Especially when you sign the work order, pay for it and get your receipt as soon as you leave their property, your out of their hands, they can argue (albeit it would be insane enough to make the argument) that you had additional substandard work done elsewhere or that you tried to complete work yourself. For the few things I cannot do myself on a car, even warranty work I inspect it myself, did they tighten the bolts, did every part on the list get replaced (do they have the old ones to prove this?) and on and on. Good shops like mine keep records so detailed about the work when we bill it, that signing the finance manager for the company does on that billing irreversibly places the liability on them not us. At the same time, when I do a work order, I detail right down to the bolts and washers I replaced and where, materials I used, If I used a bag of dry sweep or if I spent an hour cleaning up the mess around a cracked gear case or something that could be brought into question later on, it is written down. I think your going to get the shaft for failure to properly receive completed work. A Judge isn't gonna look at overspray in pictures and go "ZOMG GET THIS GUY HIS MONEY BACK" I know you didn't really wanna hear that.

What day did they do it? I know some places, if you take it early in the week or late in the week, the painters are either hung over from the weekend or in hurry to get started on the hang over for next week.
Sigh, this makes me so depressed.
If they dont fix it I will stand close to that place every day with a huge sign saying.
Dont do it, I did, oops.
Like a week ago.
Maybe a lil more.
Took it on I think a tuesday, got it late on friday. (today)

Under the wheel well, was all yellow.
Fixed that.
Paint all on the exhaust, fixed that.
Im going to do as much as I can myself, so they cant mess more up.
