Painted Headlights on Laser Blue 'Balt

I've been searching and couldn't find much. Has anybody with a laser blue Cobalt painted their headlights black? I have the paint and everything, but I want to make sure I want to do it. Pictures (or opinions work too)...how would black headlights look on a laser blue Cobalt?

We are doing Anodized Blue headlights on a Lazer blue, have not seen the black on Lazer yet.

That would look pretty cool. I thought about color matched, but I decided that color match only works for brighter colors; everything else, black. Also, since I already have black paint, I'm planning on doing that. How do you think black would look?

Yup, almost exactly. Only difference is that I'll be taking out the amber lens. But the black/blue theme with the carbon fiber helps out the black headlights, though. I'm sure it'll look fine on my car. I really like how you painted the upper half black. I thought about how that would look before...I didn't know anybody did it. BTW, love the rims too.

Do you, by any chance, have a picture of those headlights straight on from the front?

Thanks!

Collingwood is in Ontario, Canada. So that would be quite the drive.

Gosh, one nice cobalt and my thread goes crazy! I don't mind, but does anybody have opinions or pictures on how black headlights on a regular laser blue cobalt would look?
