Passenger side lights dim??

I was driving home from work a few minutes ago and pulled into the driveway. I look at my headlights on the garage door and the passenger side looked like it was out. So I got out and looked and found the headlight and turn signal lights were dimmer than the drivers side. I searched but found no one having this problem. Could this be a ground issue or??? Im not much of an electrician just guessing. Im going to look at it tomorrow if I dont find anything its going to Chevy. Thanks for any help. One thing my headlights are painted inside but havent been out in a week. I just put a 3" cold air intake on today but thats on the drivers side.

There are fuses for left and right headlights. They are on the fuse panel under the hood. You might want to check those.

even if they are good i'd just replace the passenger side anyways and see if it makes a difference, fuses arent that expensive

alright thanks Ill try that

edit: found the problem, when they guy custom did my intake he took off the ground wire near the intake tube and then ******* decided to ground it to the plastic headlight bracket and lost the bolt. i went to the hardware store and matched it up as close as possible and they work fine. thanks for the help all.
