People that are wingless!!!

Altogether about how much did it cost to get your wing holes welded shut and your trunk re-painted? I am either going to do this or buy a carbon fiber trunk and if the carbon fiber trunk is cheaper i'll do that.

In most cases it'll be cheaper to get them filled but you have to ask yourself, if you're going to pay that much would it be worth it to pay the difference and get the new trunk anyway.

Why don't you guys find some goofy kid with a base model car that is the same color and swap trunk lids? Most of the time you can get said kid to cough up a couple bucks to get the wing!

depending on your color of car you may have to get the sides of the car painted as well if you get them filled and shaved, sometimes they have to blend the color to make it look right. Im getting mine done tuesday and also getting my key hole shaved as well i will post before and after pics if you want to know what it looks like!

check out car-part.com.... its a website that deals with junk yards... has prices, quotes, closest to your area, and who has the best prices. I went through the site and found a wingless trunk in my color with minor scratches for 140 with inner tails and third brake light. i sold all of those parts and ended up only paying like 45-50 bucks for mine. GREAT site for oem parts

I paid $350 to get my holes filled, trunk painted, and RKSport spoiler sanded/primed/painted/installed.
