Yes, Phillips and Osram are the two major manufacturers for OEM suppliers. Be careful though, there are a LOT of Phillips imitators.

no it is different. philips and phillips are different companies they get away with it because of the spelling.

I wasn't even looking at spelling. Gotta be careful with that.

i got some philips hids, were about 250, other than the fact that 1 bulb was defective, which they sent me one in the mail right away when i called them, they are pretty awesome hids. 2 year warrenty with the relay/highbeam controller harness, even the drls work at full low beam power.

philipsxenon dot (u know the rest.)

Phillips does not make aftermarket kit ballasts that are plug and play.

True, but you can buy rebased Phillips bulbs. The retrofit source sells H1 rebased bulbs.

pretty good info i was just curious. i had a bad flicker with my hid bulbs that came with my headlights but i just istalled some 5k bulbs with new ballast and am very happy no flicker either. o and by the way i googled how to aim projectors and this is how it went
1. measue from ground to center of projector
2. measure from center of one projector to the center of the other i think my measurments were 4.2 for width and 2.7 for height not positive the
3 tape on the door the hieght and width and then tape again 2.1-2.5 inches blow that mark.
4 back your vehichle so the headlights a re 25 feet from wall or garage door and ur headlights should be at the lower tape marks for a .04 drop which is dot standard.
well mine were hitting the top of my house lmao so i aimed them which spite what everyone else says was really easy took me all of 20 minute (gen 1 projectors) now they look great
