Polishing Question

Between working and all that happy crap ive been workin on polishing my SC and Valve cover all hand polish including sanding, scotch brite pads ect. its lookin good i can see myself in it but its still a bit cloudy, now does that mean it needs more sanding or better polish?

Before i started messing with it(Nasty lookin)
