any idea on if we can get a similar 10' pioneer sub and enclosure for the passenger side? Cuz that would look clean.

Now that is nice and clean. False floor would be cool between the subs. Having the amp underneath plexi-glass with a blue neon or somethin'

I've had an Idea for something like this for a long time. However, I prefer ported enclusures and the biggest problem is getting 24" of port into those enclosures. Gotta find the right balance between box volume and port length...... Maybe il just suck it up and go sealed.

Il post results at the end of the still to come summer Winter is time for brainstorm.
In the meanwhile, here is the current setup:

and a gallery of the construction:

No offense but I think ported enclosures sound like crap. They are loud but sound quality is not there at all

If its ported to 25Hz is sounds good No offence taken on the general ported box stereotype, but I properly built ported box can sound just as good as a sealed box with the extra low end extension.

This may sound weird but I was thinking of making a holder for my snow brush in the trunk. Like you see in cop movies where they have a shotgun attached to the trunk door (Predator 2 comes to mind).

theres no need arguing about car audio... cause everybody thinks they know everything about it... you'll just waste your time...

cvenom, you have problems with that amp? over heating and such? almost everyone that goes out our door and gets mounted in a trunk, overheats and comes back to us... i have it as well, and it drives me nuts, plays strong for 5min, then overheats...
