well i got my intake and valve cover painted finally neon green looks great i jus cant figure out how to upload the pics from my phone to the comp.

i also replaced the old spark plugs with bosch platinum plugs. im waiting on my valve gasket to get to auto zone cause they r out of stock.

the valve cover is jus sittin on there right now still has tape on it and no i didnt paint the oil fill cap its jus tapped. i want bolt it all down untill i get the gasket to replace the old one

well its a special 2 stage paint. its all in the prep for the most part. i primered it with duplicolor sandable primer, then used the duplicolor metalcast red 2 stage paint and it came out pretty much flawless..

the pics actually do it no justice due to those pics being taken under artificial light with a shitty camera phone.. heres how the paint looks in person (you can actually see the metallic in it)








i still plan on doing my interior trim in this color along with my front calipers in the spring..

what do you mean?? the paint that i used is a high temp paint as it is.. and it comes out super glossy without clear

Yea I was using it for protection. Question bout the spark plug seals I cant get them to stay they jus pop out any help guys

i sand blasted mine, than took a red 3m cookie wheel on my die grinder went over the flat spots, sand blasted again and than powdercoated it, came out smooth as glass and looks amazing!!




these are pics from when i first did it

the black one is mine and the blue one is another eco cover that was powdercoated

the balt runs amazing now i changed the oil, spark plugs and air filter. while i had the valve cover off i also cleand some of the gunk out. there wasnt alot but there was some
