Problem @ the dealership

Ok...this is gonna be a long story but someone please tell the truth here....

Last week i had an appt. @ my dealership to have 2 wheels replaced. They were both scratched when i picked up the car 7/13/05. Anyway the guy in service told me he had ordered 2 wheels......

Noticed yesterday the one wheel was still scratched...i got on the phone right away and called the guy at service. he swore to me that it must have gotten scratch since friday b/c he had literallty watched the mechanic take them off and put the new ones on..well i went down to see him yesterday to show him...

When i got to the dealership he had only brought out one of the wheels they replaced. he told me the other one was way worse. i think they only replaced one but anyway he tried to tell that they replaced 2 and that they couldnt order a 3rd one because GM wouldnt allow it. well then what the hell is the point of a WARRANTY.

thats not really a warranty issue more of a Quality control issue when delivering. Open a case with GM customer service about they have been more then helpful with me.
