Project For Saturday!!!!

well tomorrow im gonna paint my calipers. i bought the kit at autozone for $15.99. I got the blue kit. ill post pics when im done.

Another question. where can i get nite shade tint spray from? any stores that carry it? i dont wanna order it online but i will if i have to.

well i found a car place here that had nite shade in stock. it was $10.99 for 1 can. ill post pics tomorrow of my calipers and tails.

well it was a nasty weekend do i didnt do either. im going to do the tail lights tomorrow. ill prolly do the calipers next sat. maybe even fri. no school cause good fri. lol

I bought that same kit, but in yellow. Be prepared to take a lot of time out of your day.. I needed 4+ coats on mine before you couldn't see the bare metal anymore, and I cleaned them up real good prior to painting.

It shouldn't take that long, especially since you only have 2 calipers to paint. It's been a while, but if I remember, when I painted mine it didn't take any longer than an hour and a half. The long part is just waiting for it to dry so its safe to drive.

If you take the calipers off then you have to bleed the brakes. Thats not something I really recommend doing unless you have done it before

i am tinting my tail lights now. waiting for them to dry before 1 final coat and then comes the clear coat. ill post pics later 2nite. im the sunlight and at night.

the reason i leave the LS on is so that people dont think they are racing a SS.
