Is it just me, or does the driver side projector just seem to fit like crap? Mine looks like its pulling in a bit at the corner next to the fender...maybe only a cm, but still.
I trimmed the weather strip on both side so it only sits against the hood and not in the fender and bumper area, and that has seemed to help a bit.

 

Mine fit perfect, it took a couple nudges here and there, but they're in there good.
