Projector Problem HELP!!!

Ok heres the deal I havent had them long but i got them used. The low beam on the left went out. Anyways It never worked i dont think since i got it but i could be wrong. So anyways I was trying to aim my new bulbs. I cant get it aimed. Where their is suppose to be that really bright spot is a black spot. I dont know why/ I have it lined up vertically perfect. Can you put bulbs in backwards?????? or upside down??????

The only thing I noticed was the z shape the light makes a z from right to left and goes down with both bulbs Either way I have no clue. I even took the lens out and Aimed it up on the house and could find no apparent bright spot...ANyone have a clue. Like I said where the bright spot should be appears a dark spot.

ALL 4 bulbs worked when i sent them out, you might of crossed a wire and theres to many volts. as for your aiming, search theres pics on how there supossed to look, lense could have gotten twisted in shippment.
