Question about my newly ordered Halo's

I just purchased these Halo's and I asked the seller what size bulbs they took and he was like well usually they take H1's for the lows and H3 for the highs but he didn't give me a definite answer. I'm wanting to order HID's so if anyone knows the size please let me know so i can order my HIDs asap.

Halo's I Ordered

Also for the HID's has anyone use the 50watt balasts and had any issues, I've read people talking about it melting the lenses is this true?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Those use H1 bulbs, both highs and lows. I find there is no need to use 50 watt HIDs, as the 35 watt ones work perfectly fine and put out a ton more light compared to halogens anyway. I have 6000k lows and fog lights and they're bright as hell at night. You won't have any melting issues with HIDs since they actually run cooler than halogens, that's probably what you heard, as people who leave the halogens in can run the risk of the heat warping the lense.

Like stated above, H1's are the choice for HID bulbs.

And go with 35 watt. There is no need to go to 55watt.

With HID's, you will probably never see melting.

From where? I bought my HID fogs for cheap with a lifetime warranty. Don't pay a arm and a leg for HID's. But you also want quality too.
