Question on putting in a cf center blade

how do you get the side pieces off of the ss wing without scatching them

use the force...

i would say something narrow and that you can get under the edge... something plastic or with some sort of coating on it..

^^Can't blame for trying, lol. Where did you get yours? I wish the part wasn't so pricey, or I'd have it on my ride.

Have you tried a heavy test weight fishing line??? I know that does the trick for badge/emblem removal. Might be worth a try here, (with some heavy test weight)

When i put mine on i used a heat gun to warm up the end cap and then used a screwdriver (wrapped the tip of the screwdriver with a rag)to lift up on one of the corners and then just peeled it off.
