Ive looked and saw just one pic of someone heating their headlights to take the clear cover off...just one easy question...

What kind of heat gun? A hairdryer maybe? Or a real heat gun? thanks

 

A hairdryer will work just fine, it will take you around 30 minutes to get one lamp apart. Be patient.

 

alright...sounds fine...couldnt i just lay it through the bulb feed? hehe

 

you can go to homedepot and get a heat gun for 30 bucks. it will work alot faster... but be warned... you are not guaranteed results search to see some disaster headlight mods... good luck! and talk to MERC he did the best headlight job on any cobalt!
