will the stock ss/tc or ss/sc springs lower a base model cobalt or would it raise it higher

They will lower a base model about a 1 inch.

not worth doing if you want it to look lowered, did that first on my car looked factory still, got pics on my photobucket page in my garage

 

Yea but mine is on Pro Kit. The front is the same height as the Stock SC springs would be.
My rear is 1 inch lower then the SC springs.

If you want Pro Kit i will be selling them in the spring after I get sportlines. I have 10K on them.
