Cool Re sanded and Cleared Tinted Tails (Pics)

I Re sanded and Cleared my taillights turn out allot better!

Before:




After: (Sun is not out best pics I can get for now)





took me 9hrs to get them right!

just need to polish don't want to go thou any sanding hell agaien. Plus wet sanding leaves sanding marks behind!!!! A starch remover compound will smooth it out.

there are spots all over the lens. He needs to wetsand, they will get dull just be careful not to do too much, then once the lenses are hazy after the wetsand, you polish them.. they will get shinier than you have ever imagined... there is a how to on the site somewhere where a guy did the same lights you have

I'm a noob at this but will the polishing get rid of the sand marks after wet sanding? What the best thing to polish them with I herd turtle wax and scratch remover compound as polisher?

yes get a rubbing compound and use that after wetsand with like 2000grit and then wax.

i think they look way better then they were!!! but yeah wet sanding with 2000 grit and some compound and wax will bring them out shiney!!!

Yea u def need to wetsand them...i wetsanded mine after i cleared it with 2000 grit then came back and buffed it out with a high speed, then waxed it. Heres a pic so u can see what they'll look like as far as gloss
