re-upholstering seats in vinyl?
How hard would it be to tear off the cloth from the seats and re-wrap them in some pleather? I was doing some googling and it doesnt look too hard, hell, it'd be easier than trying to find a set of SS leather seats for sale....
the only thing I'm clueless on is how the hell you seam down the lines on the tops of the seats, where the flat sitting portion rises to the bucket...
BTW for anyone whos gonna tell me "oooh dont ruin your seats" I'm getting a cloth grey drivers seat for free, so I can experiment a little.

The SS leathers are not really that much of an upgrade from the 2.4L Cloth seats.
Same seats structurally, just covered in leather and embroidered. I wasn't a fan of them, personally... I just slid around too much in corners.

My sisters B/F had an SS S/C with the blue/black pleather and it just looked cool lol, I want that look, like I said I have an extra seat, but I'm starring at it puzzled as to HOW you conform the Pleather to the creases in the bucket....
oh and you're right about being essentially the same seat, i just love the look of shiny seats, I'm not shelling out for recaro's lmfao
