Rear head rests

Does anyone know how to remove the rear head rests? Do they slide off like the front? or is the only way to remove them to unbolt them? Has anyone tried to put the SS stainless billet head rest supports from MRZ on the back headrests? I put a set on the front but wanted to also put a set on the back.

take the plastic cover off the back of the headrest's , there will be two-2 bolt's on each headrest , take them off , then replace the plastic cover

There are bolts that hold them on however the seat braces won't fit the back because they are bent I already asked them the same question.
