i want to paint my cars rear pillars black but im not too sure how to remove them. i have a general idea, but when i lifted up the little "airbag" cover i didn't see a screw. instead i found this...



how do i go about removing that? does it just pop out or is it somehow connected to the airbag? my old sedan just had screws in the rear pillars so i'm not too sure what to do with this one. any help will be appreciated, thanks
