Its not that no one likes it, its just different i mean im from pa. license plates arent on the front of our cars to begin with, so it just looks goofy, who knows give it time. maybe more and more people will follow you.. i mean like you said NJ requires you to do it, its only a matter of time when people try to be different

But since you don't have the lower grill to attach it to try drilling a couple holes up into the steel bumper take either "L" brackets OR a hinge and atach it to the bumper and then the plate to it. It'll put your tag in the same area just back inside the opening for your H.E. I think Playswithcars has his done this way and it looks the best.
