Relocating A/C controls?

I was wondering if it was possible to move the A/C knobs to a diff. place such as the glove box, or something... i dont know where just somewhere else. I have a plan but dont know how to move the controls including the wires so it still works... Has anyone done this w/ the cobalt, your assistance would be apreaciated...

I have seen it done. I plan on putting mine in the headliner to make room for many guages, surround sound speaker and either a double din DVD or single DIN DVD player.
that depends on my guage arrangment design, price of radios and features, that sort of thing.
