Removed vinyl stuff between the two side mirrors

i saw a thread about this yesterday morning and it made me pretty interested cause I had been thinking about taking that stuff off before so I went a head and did it so heres a before and after pic, sorry for the bad quality there with my phone but you get the idea with it, and personal, I think it looks a hell of alot better!

I know I need to wash the car too, soo once I wash it and make it look really good Ill get lots of pics! =)

i like it more with that piece being black, because then it unifies the windows. Thats just my opinion.

I like it better black...makes the car look more streamline. Now if they made a real quarter window louver and had it painted to match then it would look really good with the black cover removed!

eh its not that hard the only part that was a lil difficult was when it came down to the bottom part were that rubber thing is...

Ill get a lot more pics that are alot better once I wash the car

uh... I didnt use heat or anything I just peeled it off and used some bug and tar remover to get the residue off

yea i started this i made a how to with picsw but for some reason a mod didnt put it up i mean i made a really nice how to gotta thank them mods ill have pics up of my car cleaned with it shortly

IMO it looks better with it on. Without it it brakes the line flow along the top of the window and your eye is drawn into the pillar and looks awkward

does anyone know if it would work to chop out the gasket and cap the end off? ( like its edited above) Or is there holes or anything in the door behind it?

yeah I was wondering about that gasket thing too, someone let us know, oh and did anyone eles notice how the title says mirrors instead of windows haha my mistake =)

I like it alot on a color'd car. But a Black car, or a car with tint I think it would look good as it is stock.
