Removing B pillar?

My airbag light has been going off frequently and I know I can fix the wire that is most likely rubbing on the passenger pillar trim panel (as noted in the service bulletin for this issue).

Does anyone know the best way to get at the seatbelt retractor? It looks like the back seat is going to need to come out and then the lower trim pillar panel. My Haynes manual does not cover this and Id like to see if someone else has done it before I go pulling on plastic panels.

Thanks!

The whole backseat has to come out, including the passenger side seat back. Once you have those out the seatbelt has a plastic cover over it, pop that out and there will be a bolt, I believe its a T-45, may be a T-50 head though I can't remember right now. Also, above that there is a little circle that says airbag, pop that off and there is a tiny screw that also has a torx head, I believe its t-15 or t-25. After that pop off the passenger side door sill trim then just pop the plastic panels in the rear, they are only clipped. Also they lock into the C-pillar trim by the rear windshield.

It's a known issue in the TCs. I checked the seat wiring where it also can concur and it's all fine.

Just started doing it randomly and got more frequent. I did not work under the hood right before it happened and it goes on and off repeatedly, as in 15 times in a 20 minute drive.

Wire harness from seatbelt retractor rubbing on plastic trim eventually acquiring short to ground.
