Removing door insert (Sedan if possible)

Can anyone take a picture/video of removing the door insert from the plastic pieces on the door panel and a picture/video of installing the door insert back on?

they are plastic welded in...... remove the door panel, cut he plastic welds, do you work, reinsert and re plastic weld back in. then reinstall the panels

i cant even remove door pannel. I tried ealier this year but gave up because i didnt want to break the plastic clips

did you get all the screws out? theres one behind the chrome handle...you need to remove a little access panel to get to it then theres 2 under a little access panel in the window switch piece. then remove the corner piece by the mirror, then give the rest a good yank. if a clip brakes they dont cost a lot to replace. stupid ass design.
