anyone know how to take the black plastic off around the fog light i need to replace mine

 

its kind of difficult. i took out the headlight and bracket so you can see behind the bumper. the plastic piece has about 4 tabs. you can push out the top two from the back, then use a butter knife to pop out the bottom tabs from the outside of the bumper. i cant really explain it better than that, but GOOD LUCK!
