reverse light HID size
I have an extra H11 HID kit because of my failed attempt at fog lights. I have gen 1's so I can't use it in my high beams and im looking to see if I can use the extra kit anywhere or if I should go ahead and sell them
any help appreciated.

I guess ill just try to see if the H11's will twist into the reverse light housing, although it looks like the bulb will be too long.

I bet neither of you've ever tried it... Just talking smack to the ones that actually do try to think outside the box and aren't afraid of failure...
I recently installed backup HID lights into my wife's rig. H1, 6000K, 35w. Definitely helps with lighting up the area for backup camera. I got the idea from here: 35W 6000K HID reverse lights - SmokinVette.com Forums
Cost me $0 (built out of all the spare parts in the garage), I used double sided 3M tape between bulb base and the housing (without touching the glass with tape). Then secured it with high heat electrical tape on the outside.
