Reverse Light Nut Sealer??

I just got some new tail lights. As I was removing the reverse lights there was some black sticky tack like stuff on the studs holding them in by a nut. What/where can I get the stuff?? The new reverse lights only have straight studs - the lights are pretty solid in there, however I would feel better if I could put on some replacement sticky tack & the nuts. Thanks in advance!!

Thanks Bro. Another question complete opposite end of the car...my cf hood clear is starting to peel. I should be able to get this recleared at most any paint shop, right?? And I heard that a gel clear coating is better??

any GOOD autobody shop, yes. gelcoat is typically applied during construction of fiberglass or carbon parts, its essentially an epoxy. Youd need to find someone who specializes in carbon or fiberglasss repair
