well dip them white...

 

If it was my car, i'd lower it first then just paint the spokes black and leave the lip polished or paint the lip white! Like so:

Alright im going to sand them this weekend and polish them and i might lower it after winter if i don't sell it before that

I would do white but i would have to clean them everyday because they are always going to be dirty especially where i leave where every other road is a dirt road
