GM dealership MIGHT have touch up paint...I don't know if anyone else has it yet or not, it all depends on if the color has been used on previous cars. I already looked for Arrival Blue though and haven't found any touch-up for that color.
If you don't feel like spending the money to have a bodyshop repair the chips, you can try and do it yourself first - Dupli-Color makes a Scratch/Chip Repair Kit for about $13, it includes everything you need to fix the damage yourself.
Here's a pic of the kit:

Basically it includes everything but the paint, which you would probably have to get at the dealer, since its a newer color.
Once you get the paint, just follow the instructions, and it should come out very nicely for $13
