scratches on passenger side a pillar

How can I get these out, because they are annoying me to hell. Also if I can't get it out where can I get a replacement for it?

i have heard of people passing a torch over interior plastics to kind of melt them back together, must be very careful though.

why dont you just bondo and repaint. You can buy someones stocker i guess, but you can also bondo and repaint

its not a painted material. it is almost fabric i would say.
