Silver 4 door SS pics.
I thought that the car looked good in person. The interior seamed to be a little to basic, well for a car with SS put on the back. To bad they didn’t turbo or supercharge it, which would have made it actually an SS worthy car. The price there asking is also steep considering the SS s/c coupe is about the same amount.
I took these pics yesterday at a local Chevy dealer.

I agree that to have an SS on it should mean, give it the power and performance like our 05 SS'. I also think that the sedans would be much cooler looking with the coupe tail lights. I don't get what GM was thinking on either of those points.
If they just should had put in a turbo or supercharger, they would have attracted alot more hype and most likely in the long run better sales for this 4 door. I just don’t think I’ll be seeing to many of these, well that is until that price drops about 5grand.
Yes.. WHY didn't they put the supercharged engine in the SS Sedan? It would give it a lot more credibility. Any Cobalt with the SS marking should come with the highest engine. That should be a no brainer. I guess GM has no brains and then some.
The coupe rear end with the round headlights would also be nice, but that's getting into opinion rather than premium specs.

This just shows how little everyone here knwos about what chevy was doing... and for that matter always has.
The SS NON S/C models this year are classic american car. Just a bigger motor no forced induction needed. You have to not be sooo narrow minded in thinking that everyone that wants the SS badge wants forced indution.... thats wrong
most people with SS badges just want a nice motor and thats what the new 2.4 eco is, the new SS's make for a good refined daily driver with some kick. The SS S/C is made to be strictly a street performace car.
