so i did this awhile ago and it looked sick but i forgot to seal one of the lights on the trunk and it leaked so i ordered a new led ring for it and changed it out. but i didnt realize i ordered a ring with red leds and not white and now it seems like the trunk light draws more power and the outer led ring isnt as bright as the inner(trunk light) as soon as i un twist the trunk light the outer one brightens up.


anyone know if this is because the color leds were red ? will they draw more then white?

 

i have custom made led tails. white led ring and they are real bright.

if u got red led's it will be harder to see the led through the red lens,
needs to be white led to be as bright. wiring should be fine
