As I have stated before I don't acctually want spinners just wanted to see what the general opinion on them was.

Its funny where this is coming from... the people who want body kits, ss spoilers, cheaper heavier aftermarket rims.... none of which help your performance.


Since when does it matter what brand of car you have to do whatever the **** you want to it? Since its a caddilac it should have spinners? Since its a cobalt it should be a racecar? Please..........

 

I put out an idea and I got more negative replies than positive ones, i think if you really want to spend the money on a set of spinners for your cobalt, go ahead, maybe you can rent a set from a rental place and see what they look like, that way you dont have to keep them if you dont like them.

 

I think chrome wheels of any sort look ridiculous on anything short of large luxury cars and SUVs. Especially since the style of them is so bold and busy, it doesnt fit the look of most cars at all. If you are going to get chome wheels, at the very least get a 5 spoke wheel or something clean.

 

Spinners aren't for any car or truck. They are just outright rediculous. People with spinners only care about what other people think. Its purely a self esteem issue. At least this is how I view people with spinners. 99% of the population will look at you and instantly think "idiot". They aren't looking because it's cool. They just want to see what someone with the IQ of a frog looks like.

Wow, cant believe someone is putting spinner on a sports car. I agree with everyone here when they say they are not for sports cars but for Trucks and SUVs. However I'd enjoy seeing some pics when you get them installed just for ***** and giggles. BTW how big are you going? Also are you considering hydos while your at it?

oh and btw that's my husband's car... the red cavalier with the 18 dub trump spinners... and you can not tell me that car doesnt look hot.... so i say if you want the spinners get them... but atleast have some taste in them so that they do match the car......

 

ya your cava doesn't look too bad but those don't look like Wal-mart spinners either much less like spinners at all
