sux there is only 2 in a pack
do they all have rivets because mine appear to be screws, they have a head on them that looks like both phillips or flat head.....i was planning on taking it off but not if i have to drill them out....
if its screws it is still going to look like ass when their is a hole showing in the front bumper. no way around it unless you A. buy a new bumper. B. fill the wholes and reapint it. C. Comes w/o a front plate from the dealership and D. get bumper plugs.
for the people with cars other than cobalt and with chrome bumpers if you take out the white plastic square threads you should have a square hole, just go to your local ACE Hardware or whatever and buy some chrome lag bolts, fender washers, lock washers, and nuts and putem in, thats what I did and it looks pretty good.

if you want you could always go to a state that doesn't require a front plate and buy a bumper there (like say Kansas) that won't have the bracket factory mounted
